TMM v12 Modloader CEX/DEX/HEN Freeze & Protection

Modloader TMM v12 is a .csc file that is inserted into the update.rpf file. It allows us to load mods in seconds, without necessarily having to go and totally modify the game. The use of this modloader greatly increases the risk of crashes. However, a good modloader will not tend to crash, so it is essential to always test and use a quality product.
