I dug these out of the dustiest corner of the internet the other day, haven't tried them out but it looks to be working. If I get time I might make a DIY video for it. Like most things I post on here you'll need at least VS studio 2010 Ultimate & full xbox 360 neighborhood installation in order to build xex image.
