lol its a RAT for the nooobs ahahah if u open an exe and nothing happens most probable a RAT for future refrence and secondly it doesnt even seem to be encrypted looool and i found the RAT in sandboxie too so guys you might want to run everything in sandboxie especially for exe's from internet never trust any exe online RAT's are everywhere
