Ok, guys! I have now made this tutorial, The website is in Dutch, but use Google Chrome to translate it.

First thing you want to do is go to this website where they have AW for pre-order.

Next click on the blue reserveer nu tab and put in your name and email for the Aw version you want.

After that, check your email for a message they sent you, then allow 2-5 days for the code to be sent, it may take a few more days, if there are alot of requests being made.

IF YOU WANT MORE THAN ONE CODE, SIMPLY CREATE A NEW EMAIL, AND PUT IN A DIFFERENT NAME, I TRIED USING THE SAME EMAIL, BUT DIDN'T RECIEVE ANY MORE CODES FROM THAT SAME EMAIL.
