Tools Needed
Download the USB dougle downgrader: here!
Connect your usb dougle to your pc
There will be 2 things that pop up ones the usb and the other is the upgrade
place the Dougle downgrader into the E3 upgrade part of the usb
Now Go to you ps3 and turn off the power insert the dougle usb into the RIGHT slot
Turn on your console and press the power and quickly press the disk drive button
wait for about 1 min and it should turn off.
(any normal usb for the rest of the TUT)
leave the console off and go to your pc now there are four files the the dex fix
extract it and now place the PS3UPDAT.PUP and the Lv2diag (1).self but RENAME the file to Lv2diag.self place it into the RIGHT hand slot of your console and just turn the console on you should see that your console is reading those files now your console will remain a black screen intill this last bit, leave the console running intill it turns off and restarts once it restarts it shold be in factory mode running 3.55 cfw regero everything will be rest.
now toget out of factory mode turn of your console and put the usb back into ur pc.
Delete the files on the usb and copy over the Lv2diag(2).self again Rename to Lv2diag.selfand place into your Right hand slot of the console and turn on your console now it should read the file and restart once done you should be back on regero 3.55 and can run your console once again.
