Here is a little trick I came across on YouTube, credits to "The Messy Coder" for original method, and "Zeejb" for the updated HEX to search for.
This trick will allow you to change from the annoyingly bright light theme of the Unity editor personal to the professional dark theme of the professional edition.
You will be able to go from this,

NOTE: Do make sure to backup your original unity editor program so you have a backup if something gets messed up.
In a HEX editor (provided below) search for "84 C0 75 08 33 C0 48 83 C4 30 5B C3 8B 03 48", you want to change 75 to 74. Then done.
All that was edited was that little bit of code, below there is a virus scan provided of the program. I am unsure as to why it picks up false positives as it is the original program just with a slight change.
If you prefer to download it already modified just in case you think you will mess something up, then you can get that below.

This is an alternative to cracking/patching the program if thats the only feature you desired. If you want to get rid of the Unity splash screen aswell for your projects. Then you would have to buy or use one of the cracks/patches provided on the site.
