Unofficial Rebug updater aio Question.

Hi. Im new to all this as i probably guess you heard this before.
I hope some one can help.

I have a quick question.
When i go to run Unofficial Rebug updater aio v 3.00 it asks :
4.46 lite edition
Or
4.46 Rex normal mode only

Which one do you use on a Dex system used for menu modding ?
I am on Rebug 4.46
