Update 0.00 Help?

I've got this update 0.00 problem already a long time and by this update i can't open games and softwares. Emanuel told me that i should rebuild my database. My question is am I gonna lose my games, gamedata, cfw?

No it will not delete anything on your HDD, your CFW will be fine also.
