Just a brief introduction to what This actually is. DIIIEdit is Mainly used for console and is a open source project. Knowing that, They have stated that they are working on translating the number to english, with 2040+ Affixes and 2400+ GBID’s

PlayStation 3

Usage of a decryptor is needed for the Console encryption only.
BruteForce save data(BSD) is one that is popular but there are many others out.
BSD version greater then 4.1 you need to disable second layer decryption.
Xbox 360
Usage of a decryptor is needed for the Console encryption and Uncompression.
you need to fully extract the save files.
herizon is a good one to use there are many others out.
