use ps ninja v4 and sen enabler.. and reduce the band!!

Hi everyone im new to the ps3 modding since i have stopped playing it a couple years back and i have a jailbroken ps3 running rebug but i cant get any mods to work on CEX, can anyone help or let me know what i should do? would highly appreciate it and thankyou if you can or not.
