Homebrew Developer Zar has updated the IDPSet utility, as version 0.85 comes with new support for custom firmware 4.70 & 4.75, also the utility adds new support for dumping your EID Root Key for 4.70 CEX & DEX along with 4.75 Support. This utility gives you the ability to permanently Permanently change PS3 IDPS, Ability to make dumps on both CEX and DEX based firmwares, and also the ability to dump your eid_root_key.
