VCA MENU HANDS UP

Hey guys. Maybe some of you know that for 1.14 there was a menu with function to put hands up. I was now able to bring it online on 1.15 with no freezing. But I don't release it. Srry (It's not as hard as you think)

Where is the VCA bypass? how do I get it working on 1.15? I modded RPF files loaded them but cant access mod menu I have a Modded ps3 and K&K worked for a while.. Im new to modding its not hard to figure out just getting the damn things to work
