We Can Mod GTA5 But Not FIFA 14??

Isn't GTA5 running there online on servers just like EA! Why can we mod GTA5 but cant mod EA, there must be a way to get coin / point / rank mods to stick just like on GTA. idk i might not be thinking about it 100% but can someone shine some light on this!!

You get banned so easily on fifa 14, i tried it i used to have a tool but i just gave up.
GTA V is so an easy game to mod, and its a great game therefore people mod it and Rockstar or gta can't keep it the banning system i hope this helped out.
