What is this freeze option?

I was wondering can anyone help me identify a mod that some modders abuse. It's a weird teleport mod that puts me on the edge of the map and then it freezes my PS3. I've also seen a variant where I teleport to the modder that's teleporting me and then I freeze. Is there something else that the modder is doing after he teleports me that's freezing me ? or is it some kind of glitch teleport ?

use anti teleport option, what this modder dose is he teleports u and attach an object on you which cases the freeze. just stop the teleport by protection

Ok thanks bro. I have one more question about another mod that people are using to freeze me. It looks like the player flymod but when this modder gets near me I freeze. At first I thought it was a freeze car but no one else in the room froze exept me. Is there something in the flymod that could be causing me to freeze. Sorry I know I'm being a nooby but you're probably the most knowledgeable person to ask about this subject.

they have frozen me with this many times it looks like I am near the edge of map and my ps3 crashes. and even sometimes they die first then my ps3 crashes or even every one in the lobby it is always these two modders pilot_drunk & bannde-
