When PS3 Booted none of my accounts show up

when I boot my ps3 for some reason none of my accounts are coming up at the start and idk what I have to do to fix it, can someone help me please?

Reinstall your exact cfw

put your console into recovery mode then got to update system and then go to your laptop and download 3.55 cfw obvs then make these files on your usb
PS3
then inside that ps3 folder you wanna put a new folder called
UPDATE
then after that put the PS3UPDAT.PUP in and plug your usb in your ps3 then it should say 3.55 or something just update/downgrade for all you newgens that get butthurt about that then get the firmware 4.81.2 d rex as it was already on cex on that 3.55 aha need anaymore help contact my kik @SCQY
