I'm using Chrome, I'm not getting that issue. clear everything in Chrome like, cookies, data etc.

I use Chrome on a HP laptop running windows 10 and i have no problems. Have no idea why its doing that for you as we basically have the same setup

Ah okay then. I have no idea man. First time i have seen this problem. Try experimenting different things and eventually you'll find the problem.
