You get that error when your CID is invalid.. when you had to go on DEX you probably used that tool called " c2d.exe " ( if I remember right ), when you use it you put " 82 " and so when you write target ID in flash for switch to DEX, your Console ID Region gets replaced with that value, and becomes the default one..
example : if my original CID is
000000010084000a1405da41520c7ce8
When you use that tool and do the switch it becomes
000000010082000a1405da41520c7ce8

So it becomes different and invalid, you can try a public CID that is working, and if you can log fine, the error you get is because the thing I've just posted
