Create a account via the sony site than verify the email and go to your ps3 create new user login click log in with already existing account than you need to fill in some info like country and general stuff and a PSN name than you should be good to sign in afte.

I did delete all my damn users , the problem is I CANT CREATE A NEW PSN ACCOUNT it says that i reached the limit of psn accounts its like my ps3 is for trash now

Try changing your cid and psid then try making a new account

either just reset your ps3 and redo the cfw, or the other thing you might be console ban

so after all my accounts got banned I decided to make a new one and it wouldn't let me what am I supposed to do now

You are correct happened on my 1st cfw so I now put my vpn on n make all my accs on a pc .... why the vpn Sony banned my ext. IP. you don't believe me I don't care just trying to help.
