Any REAL working PS3 Ghost hacks?

Ok I'm getting tired of all these BS Visual Basic forms that actually don't do anything, nothing but buttons and pop up boxes that say messages. Is there any REAL mods/hacks for PS3 Cod Ghost? Never modded or hacked on ps3 before so I'm new to this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I take it you have to jail break first? And what is a RTM??? If I jailbreak is the version of ghost gonna be the most up to date or am I gonna have to play on a lower patch? Cause it's pointless to mod if your not even gonna get to play on most recent patch/update.

lewl good luck and remember ur ps3 needs to be on 3.55 or lower to do so. if your above 3.56 then you will have to downgrade! thats the fun. but most dangerous to
