Can't use an existing or create a new account...

When i go to the sign up part and click on "Create a New Account (New Users) and "Use an Existing Account" all it says is "The connection to the server timed out.". It does not let me sign in on my other accounts, i am console banned but i am using the CID's that get posted on these forums. At first i figured i was mac banned so then i changed my MAC address but it still says the same thing :/. Please Help?

It lets me go on the browser though, and the posted CID i used to test, it worked for my friend and not me ;o

Reconnect your wifi or wire, maybe thatll work.

It maybe banned because once your on your one tell you disconnect. By any chance did you set the cid then change accounts?

I've tried unplugging and plugging my router but it wouldn't work. And i regularly use an Ethernet cable connection to my laptop but it does not let me i guess. So then i went ahead and used WiFi and this is what happens

Thats why the cid is banned but it wont say its banned tell you restart the console, restart your console then it will say the cid is banned

But when i test any type of connection wireless or not it only has Obtain IP Address and Intenet Connection. What happened to the rest of the things?
