GTA 5 Problem

So, recently I downloaded a 1.27 from a site update for my gta 5 because if I downloaded it without the site I would wait maybe 24 hours to complete, you know bad internet speed here. Anyways, the version's 1.27 and online's version is 1.28, when I joined online there were 5,4,3,6, up to 13 players only (13 players once happened) Usually, when I join online there are more than 13+ players, then another thing I saw when went to the in-game internet to search for vehicles it showed me this:

Any thoughts?
 
maybe delete the hole update and reinstall it when starting up gta

Went to multiman and installed again the 1.27 version of gta 5.

The same remains. Any other ? :/

when you delete teh update you can just start up the game tehn it say it need update and install it you can just download the update PkG adn install it like that
 
I wish I could, but the last time I did this took me 24 hours to complete with the way of starting gta and asks for update, it takes time.

yea it take a little time i know but if its work it will be great lol
 
It takes a little time...

We are talking about 400kbps internet connection dude, it's not like yours which is 1 mbps the minimum maybe yours is 100mbps I don't know what but, 400kbps is not doing the job.
