Firstly do you have a jailbroken PS3? If no, you can't have a mod menu as you can't change files on your PS3 as well as connect tools to your PS3. If yes, please reply.
Buy a pre-jailbroken PS3 or get yours downgraded by someone who downgrades PS3's to 3.55 which then you can jailbreak yourself with the help of YouTube tutorials.

This is a very lucrative mod manager that works for both DEX and CEX with a clean base and GUI, it also comes with the best menus needed which will decrease lag and freezing issues. It functions with SPRX as well as working online with no issues. It also come's with a garage bypass and realistic icons for weapons in the weapon wheel which creates a new experience to combat. The reason this mod manager is better than other mod managers is that it's way more simplified in the sense that this manager contains the most popular script menus opposed to having invalid and freezing mod manager with more than 30 script menus that freeze. If your going to use an sprx menu, make sure you rename it to GTAMenu.sprx
Open the menus in single-player and then boot into GTA Online.
If you get timed out session, sign in and out three times and then go into GTA Online again.

You can use multiman, PS3ITA manager and also filezilla to to do this:
- EBOOT.BIN in folder /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01807/USRDIR
- update.rpf in folder /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01807/USRDIR
- GTAMenu.sprx in folder /dev_hdd0/tmp
