i dont have e3 flasher anymore so i tried just changing to a different firmware and it couldnt find that there was one on my usb

I downgraded to 3.55 rebug or whatever threw usb then upgraded to 4.46 again but it was still the same i cant play any games and its slow as shit in the xmb
