I believe I put v11 in correctly, and i think the iso is okay because I burned it without mods, and it played fine. I'm console banned if that helps, I only want to use these mods on singleplayer.

do you have the GTA IV title update installed if you dont this will cause you to crash.

I don't think i have ever installed a title update for gta 4, but that is probably because I'm console banned and can't connect to the internet on my xbox. Is there any way to install title updates without an internet connection on the xbox ( I have computers that can access the internet aswell.)

You probally need to download othr TUs too as from what i can see that's number 8 but I'm not too sure.

I don't understand why you would release something that ruins the games if you're happy that more people play it.

all that was already released, by Gunner P, I just included in my vid too, and the game was already ruined,

I noticed that that update is for ntsc/j and I'm in Canada, so will it still work?

I presume so, Although I'm not 100% sure but i think PAL is EU and NTSC is the rest so you should be fine.
