I am guessing you are OFW right? Go to system>backup utility>choose usb>choose Glitchinng V5>then follow all the on screen instructions> Lauch GTA IV(not complete edition, must have disc, and also everything on your ps3 except accounts will be deleted so you will have to backup your game saves & re-download all games!)

I make shit on Xbox... I have a RGH man lmao. I use my OFW PS3 to test the files to see if they work or not. Who needs testers when I can test on both consoles my self. BTW I would never create mods just on PS3 because I am not going to make a backup everytime I wanna test something that is just a huge waste of time

As I said above I don't have CFW so I do not know how to install GTA 4 mods on CFW consoles. I supply the files search google on how to use them, sorry
