but, when i'm trying to sign in with the User 1 it say (Console is banned), when I'm trying to sign in with user 2 it say (This User is banned)
When I'm trying to sign up with user 3 it say (too much user for this console). I'm confused

You have been account banned, solution make a new account on sony website then sign up use existing user option
