It is prob your account which is also banned, set up a new PSN account and it will work (im online with it now)

but, when i'm trying to sign in with the User 1 it say (Console is banned), when I'm trying to sign in with user 2 it say (This User is banned)
When I'm trying to sign up with user 3 it say (too much user for this console). I'm confused
